Tube automatic winding m/c : It automatically
changes a roll in the arranged length
by winding 2~4 lines of tube 7mm~26mm
wide with a certain tension at once to
improve its productivity.
Print inspection system : It studies
print status when good products are made,
inspects print contents with real time
and continuity in the process based on
learning contents, alarms to an operator
an inferior location through indicator
to contribute for stable quality.
Automatic tube fixed system : It provides
wound fiber in 500~800m to a printer without
stopping a process.
CUTTING MACHINE OF THE PAPER CORE: It
is an unmanned cutter which automatically
cuts a branch pipe necessary to multi-kinds
and a petty production with registered
information.
Automatic printer control : It is a
software and hardware system controlling
three independent operating parts automatically
by setting output and continuous production
suitable to multi-kinds prints is possible.
Extruder automatization : It establishes
a flexible product system by immobile
time and minimization of poor process
due to change of kinds or regular import.
OA : It is a conveying information system
of the whole course from order to shipment
